I've never denied any of those things. When I first started posting here, I was fair in my analysis of the Jets.

In the beginning I would respond with a balanced answer, not this "Jets are going to win the SB this year" garbage. Some of your members commented I was tolerable (that's an accomplishment around here).

I believe it was Deus who posted your post arc. That's not how it went down. You came into a thread that was all about razzing the Jets and their fans. At first you put up this phony front of "hey, I'm a friendly guy lololol", and when the razzing occured that you SHOULD have expected coming into a thread like this, you took it way too seriously and went off the deep end. It should come as no surprise that people began to tee off on you after that.

As for Tuney, he hates the Jets so much, there's no way he's giving anyone a chance that comes here as a Jet.

Really? He seems to give Gunnails a good chance. And Gunnails has gone against the status quo many a time on here.

Hey, as long as his hip movements are from dancing and not reproducing, we can continue to meet his contract demands. On a serious note, how can you not find this entertaining. Whether you're laughing at us or with us, it's funny stuff.

Let's see...

1. Lost their best offensive lineman from last year in Alan Faneca and now D'Bust has to rely on help from a rookie, making the left side of their offensive line wide open to opposing blitzes.

2. Will be without their prized free agent acquisition for the first few games of the season, meaning that he will miss important division games vs. the Pats and @ the Dolphins. It's not far fetched for the Jesters to start the season with an 0-2 mark in the division.

3. Though I personally think that Shonn Greene will pick up where he left off a year ago, they still lost the most dangerous back in the division in Leon Washingon and managed to replace him with Joe McKnight who never impressed me at USC. On top of that, as mentioned, the Jets lost their best run blocker.

4. They still have Mark Sanchez at quarterback.

5. While Holmes and Cotchery are solid, Braylon Edwards is still looking for where his hands disappeared to after the 2007 season. He should be a waste of space again this season on the Jets' WR depth chart.

6. They have lost a good DE in Ellis while Kris Jenkins is another year older and another injury slower. (edit: didn't happen)

7. Who is the starting at SS next to Jim Leonhard? Rhodes was extremely overrated but he was better than nothing.

There are seven issues with this Jets team that I can think of off the top of my head. IMO, this team does have talent, but it has just as many issues (if not more) than the rest of the teams in this division. Well, maybe not the Bills. But you get my drift...

I've talked football throughout the entire thread. On top of all of that, the best defender you have on your team is looking like he might be lost for the season due to a contract holdout, according to your esteemed owner.

By the way, I love how you had to write a master's thesis to explain to us how we're not getting to you.

(F). Joe Namath's role as team ambassador.
(G). Past disasters under current regime (Mangini, Favre, etc.).

(A). General behavior at games, home and away.
(B). Organized sexual harassment, Gate 4 (old stadium).
(C). Photo and video evidence.
(D). Ed, the Angry Fire Elf.

I'm hoping this will help get things back on track, as per the thread's true intentions.

I suggest you start a thread about the Green Beans' chances for winning the division and Super Bowl this season, and specify why in terms of personnel and strategy. I'd be happy to join you there and talk football only. THIS THREAD, on the other hand, looks at your team from a much broader perspective. Why can't you understand that and address the matters herein accordingly?

Maybe you're narrow minded intentionally, but who said this thread was about the philosophical differences. Read the first post. I can counter with any arguement I want to. You're in for a rude awakening over the next couple of years. You're entitled to your opinion. I'm entitled to think you're an idiot for it. I'm actually rooting for you not being an idiot, but I'm losing.
