Are the PUP's eligible for Practice after Week 6?

Are the PUP's eligible for Practice after Week 6?

Yes, Tate and LeVoir are eligible to practice now. If they do practice, their 3 week window for evaluation kicks in.

As I thought.

LeVoir and Tate can have almost three weeks of Practice time before the Miami game. The timing is perfect for the patriots.

Tate is on NFI so I believe that his window is a lot larger, meaning he could go to PUP and that would extend his time...true?? From NFI he could go straight to IR, the 53, be released OR PUP...and from PUP have that 3 window still.
Just curious as to that because it's a large difference. In Tate's case though I think that window is not needed.
