Bucs chasing Housh

The Bucs have reportedly "entered the mix" for free agent T.J. Houshmandzadeh.
The alleged deal between Housh and the Bengals was never finalized and he looks poised to break the bank. Housh still isn't known to have set up a visit.

Houshmandzadeh just rattled off about four teams he might be interested in playing with, and didn't mention Tampa Bay. Said he wanted to go somewhere with a solid running back, using Minnesota as an example with Adrian Peterson. Earnest Graham is not bad, but he's no AP; I doubt he's going to Tampa Bay.

Good running back? Who'syourmomma probably is even more interested in going somewhere with a decent QB. That eliminates the Bucs unless they trade for Cassel...

I hope they sign him. That will put more pressure on needing a real QB and hopefully make them frontrunners for Cassel (I strongly felt he'd go to Minny or TB, but Minny seems like a no-go now that they have written off the 2009-2010 seasons with Sage).

With Haynesworth off the market, the Bucs are going to have to make some big moves to appease the fanbase ...

TJ told his agent he wants to go to Seattle, New York (Giants), Minnesota, and Philly. He didn't mention the Bucs nor are they hosting them right now guess we'll just have to wait and see. Probably a safe bet to throw this in the nfl forum.

I posted this here as Whosyourmama is on the outskirts of everyone's wish-list, even though he'd be the #3 (or #2 depending on how you arrange these numbers on your fantasy board in your mom's basement) and too much coin for that position.
