You can have the greatest triumvirate ever imagined, but injuries are the equalizer... gotta be careful with big personalities that you mention, they also come with big ego's.

Just don't let him draft defense. Have you seen the Broncos stop anyone lately? Neither has the owner and that is why Shannahan is no longer employed.

Most pundits in the know are saying that Shanny got fired because of the poor job he did as GM, not so much because of poor coaching. You just can't have one without the other unless he was willing to go for it. And he obviously wasn't. Just say no to "Shanny for GM"

He's not coming here as OC either, as nice as that my sound.
