Cassel's game last night vs. Brady's game against KC 9/22/2002

Went back and checked out Brady's game against Kansas City in his first season as starting QB against Matt's game last night - Very Similar play although Troy Brown was the dominating WR that game while Cassel spread the ball around evenly.

Both games went into overtime as well

Brady - 9/22/2002 - 39 of 54 for 410 Yards Passing (his highest ever)
Cassel - 11/13/2008 - 31-50 for 400 Yards Passing

Not bad for the high school quarterback to even come close to comparison in the same sentence as the 'franchise'

2002 was actually Brady's second season as a starter.

Well he wasn't the designated starter in 2001 it was still Bledsoe until Mo Lewis took care of that - He did start a few games into the 2001 season so technically 2002 was his first full season as starter....Brady didn't make it out of the first quarter so I could say that this counts as a full season for Cassel
