Why all the locked threads???

They're all very old threads that were bumped by an idiot. Good job by the moderators, as usual.

No, there was a spammer who came in today and responded to a bunch of old threads. His posts were all deleted, but for some reason the threads aren't bouncing back to correct chronological order, so we locked them to keep posters from responding to these old threads.

Would it be a good idea to delete or move them to another forum? Alot of the newer threads got bumped down or off the 1st page.

Then there will just be a bunch of redirects that will bump threads off anyway.

I'm sure Ian will fix it soon; it just seems to be a technical error where Ian deleted the spammer's posts but they're still registering as the last post in the thread for whatever reason.

I just ran an update that moved them back to where they needed to go, so we're all set now. The troublemaker won't be back either

I didn't. Quite honestly because of the "Similar Threads" feature I enabled I'm going to be locking all threads older than 1-year anyway. They're fun to read, but this practice of bumping older threads (especially ones from over a year ago) needs to stop. People can link to them in a new thread if they want to point them out, but bumping them is just annoying.
