PFT: T.O. implosion coming?

Re: Pft:t.o. Implosion coming?

LOL! Colin Cowherd talked last week how the Pats were more likely to implode with adversity than the Cowboys. He said the Pats were like the perfect, tightly wound family where the son grows up to be a druggy and the daughter grows up to be a "goth chick" while the Cowboys were the easy going family where the kids get Cs in school, but grow up to be well adjusted. Where does TO fit into that equation?

I don't know how you could have ever argued that the Cowboys would ever deal with adversity than the Patriots.

BTW on a side note, why is Jerry Jones on the sidelines in games like this? It just shows you that Phillips doesn't have ultimate say on gameday. Can you imagine Kraft or Pioli showing up on the sidelines during a game?

Re: Pft:t.o. Implosion coming?

Dear TO,

When you are thrown a beautiful pass into the endzone and you turn around and let it bounce off your hands... you shouldn't ***** about opportunities.

For as good as this guy is, I would never be able to deal with his attitude. Turn the media against Romo and then cry for him, keep it all about yourself all the time! YEA GO TO!!

Re: Pft:t.o. Implosion coming?

to the OP: Exactly! on the contrary, Moss has never spoken against anyone or the team even though his role and performance on the field has been below his usual standards for the last three games.

Who knows what goes on in every players head as they sit in the bench?

Enough of these football experts playing a dual role as psychologists gifted to interpret the players body language as they sit on the bench.

Not enough catches: complains about lack of attention
Enough catches: literally starts crying

I'm really glad this guy's not on our team

IMO, Bill Belicheck would never have such a player on a team he coaches.

Re: Pft:t.o. Implosion coming?

I don't care what happens, as long as he keeps playing well. Him freaking out would ruin my fantasy season.

AS one of the NBC guys mentioned after the game, 1/3 of the offensive plays were towards TO in the game. What the hell he is bi****** about ? Loser !

Re: Pft:t.o. Implosion coming?

sadly they play the bengals next. if they played some better team and lost, it wouldve been even more fun to watch T.O.

Re: Pft:t.o. Implosion coming?

I felt before the season started, and still feel the same way, that Wade Phillips is in a no-win situation. He's a relatively laid-back coach with Jerry Jones on one side, and a locker room that includes the ongoing soap opera stories of TO, Romo-Simpson, and Pacman. He lost his assistant HC during the off-season, and his current OC is waiting for a screw up so he can take his job. A Dallas Coboys implosion is inevitable at some point this season in my opinion.

It so gay when people are trying to have a REAL football discussion, and people come in and start talking about their fantasy team. Get a freaking life.

Re: Pft:t.o. Implosion coming?

HAHAHA

I was watching his interview yesterday thinking the same as most have noted. Moss is going to quit on his team this guy is going to get his team to quit on him and if that happens all hell will break lose (see: Eagles).

ProFootballTalk.com - T.O. IMPLOSION COMING?

everyone is quick to criticize moss for his body languange but i havent yet seen him so far come out and talk like this in the press.
man...TO is an absolute mess of a human

he drops like 2 or 3 passes yesterday including an easy td catch, and then cries about not getting the ball enough? the nerve

he needs to be steamrolled by george teague a few more times, he's a waste

jerry has been hanging out on the sidelines in big games forever, ever since he's been the owner

Agreed.

Was there another one besides the one in the corner? That was neither easy or a TD. The ball was thrown behind him and wide. Even if he doesn't drop it he wasn't going to come down in bounds.

Agreed.

It's also so gay when people b!tch about other people b!tching.

I'll look into that life thing. Any hints?

Re: Pft:t.o. Implosion coming?

going to a WR 20 times in a game and he is still not satisfied. Wow I hope we never bring him in here. He just would not mesh. Of course i was wrong about moss.

Didn't see the one you mention. At the end of the game, a fade one went nicely over the head of the DB and settled into TO's hands ... and clanked off his hands like they were made of concrete. He would have been in bounds but it didn't matter: his feet weren't the problem. If you can't catch a fade you don't have to worry aobut a toe-tap.

Yeah, that wouldnt be hard to defend, lets have 50% of the offensive plays involving Owens...

No, I could not imagine that for a second. Must be great for the HC to have the owner prowling around, second guessing you.
