Heard that this AM...Tomase was one of teh few that DID pick the Fins true?? I don't follow who makes picks etc etc...Just another reason to not read him even though he was right..what a scum bag if he did. Just another reason to not like him.
But it also says about what he wishes to say about the team...like Borges 75-0 pick..jhe hayes the team..I am surprised he's still allowed in teh Patriot locker room..I would HOPE the players understand what he's all about...I agree he's garbage..maybe even lower...
That he thought he was on to something, although given he predicted a 14-12 final score what he likely thought was they couldn't get it in the EZ at all and Chad would find a way to twice. Last week Reiss picked the JETS. What does that say about him? I guarantee you if they could have redone their week 1 picks based on Brady going down less than 13 minutes into the season they all would have picked KC. Don't be surprised when they all pick SF in two weeks.
Get used to the fact that most of the media here thinks like the vocal minority here that Cassel should have been cut and the defense is highly suspect based on what they saw in preseason (and the fact that Bill gives them nothing else to work with past their own wits). And having gone on record they will, like that same group, here suconsciously wish to be proven right all season... Although in their defense please remember they are not being paid to be fans, fairweather or otherwise.
As for Moss putting Tomase in his place yesterday, I wish he'd start doing that with opposing DB's instead as the effect would be more uplifting to his team... I recall Dillon doing much the same with Felger in 2005 when the media began to question his production, and we all saw how effective that was...not.
And please be mindful there are more than enough kneejerk threads here after yesterday to cover our quotient for foolishness through the bye...
When Tomase asked whether he's had to adjust his play in going from Brady to Cassel, Moss answered "You like starting trouble, man. I'm not going to answer that. Put it in your own column. Next question."
It's called blind hate. It's very prevelant on all sports boards along with blind loyalty (e.g. not willing to admit that breaking the rules is "cheating").
Don't worry; if you don't understand it then you haven't been sucked in. Yet.
