He has good playing strength, he has good speed and he’s a tough, fearless guy. He will throw his body in there, anywhere, in any situation. He’s improved steadily.”

BB has been saying that ever since Ray made the practice squad. From what the players and staff have said about him over the years, he seems to be the hardest working guy on the team, just not the most talented. Looks like his hard work is paying off too.
