If it were any other coach I would agree. But Marty Schottenheimer has been doing this FOR THE PAST 20 YEARS. This is what he doesn. It's not a coincidence. He can't get it done.
This was the first season that the Chargers were expected to, at least, reach the SB. He didn't make it. It's disappointing but he's helped bring life to a once morbid franchise. They've got talent and further years to accomplish their goals. The players like him too.
