Here is a link to the conditioning test Ted Bruschi used to have to perform: Tedy Bruschi and Mike Reiss break down the New England Patriots heading into training camp - ESPN Boston
"Tedy: My test was three sets of ten 50-yard sprints. You had to complete each sprint in seven seconds, and you had 30 seconds in between each sprint. In between the three sets of ten 50-yard sprints, you got a break of three minutes."
Ty Warren failed his conditioning test and his physical. After being released, he said others failed their tests as well. Wonder who those players might be?
Cannon?
Crumpler?
Hernandez?
Brace?
Patriots reported to the league that Ty Warren failed his physical. Warren said a hammy kept him out of conditioning run. Same thing?
The Patriots also reported to the league that TE Alge Crumpler failed a physical. Same with Stroud, Kaczur, Tony Carter and TBanta-Cain
One of the reasons Antoine Smith (sp?) used to fail every year: he was a big body at 235 grouped with some of the lighter, faster players like Faulk and the receivers. They run all the RBs together. The tests differ by position.
