A lot of them are going for middling-to-low amounts of money (less than retail cost). I've only seen a handful at $100 or more.
So you were advising that everyone throw their jerseys in the trash?
EVERYBODY LISTEN TO THIS GUY...HE'S GOT 20,000 POSTS, HE MUST KNOW BEST!!!
I will type s l o w l y for you.
Au contraire. I was the first to state the jersey could be a collectable. And it's probably not yet at its peak value.
Then, I said it's not worth it (money) because it the jersey and what it sadly has come to represent is trash. Money is not all that. Kraft also took that position cutting Hernandez and losing far more $ than he might have had he waited until a trial verdict.
I hope that this is a terse and simple enough explanation for you.
Probably bought by those same nitwits who are demanding his release from jail.

Have the name plate unstitched and changed over to Moss.
I still don't understand why simply removing the nameplate isn't a primary option for people. Even the team stated it's going to destroy them, which makes no sense.
I don't see there being a "huge market in the coming weeks and years." The guy is literally a top news story every day right now, so demand is currently peaking (and perhaps has already peaked). Once the story and corresponding frenzy dies down, there won't be any real value in any of these items.Does it really matter who buys it? The fact of the matter is that THERE WILL be a huge market for these in the coming weeks and years, and those who jumped to irrational emotionally driven decisions will have to live with the fact that they threw thousands of the dollars in the trash...
