For a defamation case, Brady has to show the claim was false and malicious -- that they knew the claims were false. Leaking (and not correcting) false PSI? Hiring Exponent -- a firm with a reputation for returning what the client asks for? True. Brady may not win, but even if the NFL wins, it loses.
That would seem to be enough to get it to discovery. Think the NFL wants to have to answer questions on how this whole investigation originated? What Wells was asked to do for them? Wants all those emails between Kensil and others inside the NFL office made public?
I don't think so. I think it's to the point a head has to roll for this one. I'm starting to think it's Vincent. That rant was incoherent. Now, he's lashing out at the NFLPA?
I thought that was Roger-Dodger's responsibility. BTW what the heck is 'the shield?'I love this part:
That is so laughable it isn't even funny. The public confidence in the integrity of the game is probably at an all time low. Everyone thinks Goodell is a liar and makes rulings to satisfy the masses and not out of integrity.
I still don't get why the League front office's talking points always talks about protecting the integrity of the game or the shield. It so disingenuous and everyone laughs at the notion. No regime has done more to tarnish the legacy and credibility of the NFL than the Goodell regime.
Sorry, but this isn't the PP, part of the Peter principle is that you get promoted to JUST ABOVE your level of competence and then stagnate. From my dictionary:
I thought that was Roger-Dodger's responsibility. BTW what the heck is 'the shield?'
Shadier still is how ill-equipped he is mentally for ANY position of authority. It is ridiculously shady how he went from top guy at the NFLPA to such a high ranking position in the league office
Troy Vincent=Baghad Bob
He cares more about power then the players.
I'm guessing Hurley won't be a dinner guest anytime soon at the Goodell manse.

Has there ever been a commisioner who drew such ridicule? Could not happen to a more deserving guy.I'm guessing Hurley won't be a dinner guest anytime soon at the Goodell manse.
