I wish I had a personal chef to get me off sugar.
He buys organic produce instead of regular but their pretty much the same stuff. One is sprayed with insecticides and the other is genetically altered with an insecticide to promote its appearance. I hate when these health freaks try to act as if one is any healthier than the other. Grow your own fruit if you're all that body conscious. My buddy from Sri Lanka hates buying fruit in America because it tastes different, he plants his own.
Also the chef cooks them wild salmon, but most salmon are genetically engineered these days, that's why I don't eat Salmon. Idk, some of these celebs should take a biology class before brainwashing the masses with their ignorance.

I always imagined Tom's and Giselle's kitchen as a lot bigger than in the picture.
All things in moderation, and a little wine for thy stomach's sake.

Also, as far as your body is concerned, sugar is sugar. Your body cannot tell the difference between raw sugar, refined sugar, corn sugars, sugar from fruit, etc. It also takes in those carbs, and converts them to sugar, storing what it can't use right away as fat.
As a Diabetic (Type-2) I learned more than I ever wanted to about nutrition and how the body uses it. A great deal of these chefs, like the one in the article, are more hipster than chef, latching on to fads and the latest "in"dietary ideas.
