How come the Jets aren't on that list? :D

They do a lot of things well:

- Throw interceptions
- Run into their own linemen's butts
- Criticize each other publicly
- Predict they are going to win it all

Snnorrt.... grunt

I think the OP is on to something.

It almost makes what he says irrelevant. I'd listen to him talk Xs and Os but I would never listen to any press conference where he's talking about another team. It's almost too much to bear. It's OK to praise what a team does well but to cookie-cutter stamp it out is just beyond anything called interesting or useful.

OTOH, I never missed or became bored with anything The Other Bill ever had to say.

I think it was 2001 or 2003 where he called every single opponent they faced "explosive."

This was in the Wall Street Journal yesterday. OP should attribute WSJ.

sorry, saw it posted on another board, didn't think. I usually do a lot of things well when it comes to posting. Dropped the ball on this one. Gotta start moving foreword to the next post which offers a different set of challenges. Have to execute better in all phases.

Well every football team does do at least something well :)

I thought Bill use "good" more than "well"......
