Not 100% true, Kontra. The Pack's run D was awful last year. Coverage was spotty and their pass rush was in the bottom 1/4 of the league.

They drafted well and upgraded their personnel.

That's what I meant. I probably should have expanded on what I was saying a little bit more. The new personnel they brought in obviously upgraded that defense (along with the scheme change). Capers inherited that and is working with it. Give Pees that defense and I don't think he messes it up either. The coaching staff gets way too much blame for the issues on the defensive side of the ball this year. It's pretty clearly a personnel issue.
