Ted Wells' Train Wreck Press conference :D

Someone please ask if Wells plans to have a follow up call where people can fact check his statements and ask additional questions....as if I didn't already know the answer

He'll have 2 but not 5.

In other words, when Brady threw the interception the Colts intentionally deflated the ball to manufacture evidence and get Kensil/the refs to check the balls.

Which means Ted Wells has admitted the NFL have committed a breach of the anti trust agreement and are guilty of malicious use of process.

here is a classic

Asked about which gauge Walt Anderson used, Ted Wells associate Lorin Reisner said it “doesn’t matter.” Says it doesn’t change the science.

Except the Wells report says it does change the science. The report that Exponent did would put the decrease in the ideal gas laws if Anderson used the logoed gauge. Bold face lie.

And once he claims that wouldn't he lose attorney-client privilege for his communications with the NFL in the lawsuit that we all know is coming?

Hi, Scylla. Hi, Charybdis.

"Asked about which gauge Walt Anderson used, Ted Wells associate Lorin Reisner said it “doesn’t matter.” Says it doesn’t change the science."

holy ****, quite possibly the dumbest thing anyone has ever said.

No one took the claim seriously because there was no hard evidence? Luckily the report was loaded with hard evidence showing Brady's guilt, and thus should be taken seriously. ;)

@MarkDanielsPJ
Wells keeps going back to McNally calling himself the deflator. "It is direct evidence."

Pats and Brady's lawyers are going to have a field day with that one.

Don't get your hopes up. He'll claim he wasn't acting as a lawyer in this matter.

In fact, he has to claim that, because otherwise his independence would be called into grave doubt.

Yup so when he is sued by Brady and his texts and emails along with Goodell's and Kenseth's are subpoenaed Lawyer Client privilege cannot be asserted Love it.

@RapSheet
Ted Wells, on why Tom Brady’s testimony wasn’t used: “I totally disagree that I did not describe Mr. Brady’s interview in the report.”

For what I recall Brady was quoted very little.

No one took the claim seriously because there was no hard evidence? Luckily the report was loaded with hard evidence showing Brady's guilt, and thus should be taken seriously.

A reporter NEEDS to mention this. You completely ignore one claim due to "lack of hard evidence", yet you continue on with the Patriots, despite a lack of hard evidence, and conclude "probably guilty", despite a lack of hard evidence. That PROVES bias. End of story.

Mr Wells seems to have very thin skin. Evil laugh
