This is the standard to which we now hold Brady, I guess. The dude throws for 395 yards and two scores against the #1 defense in the league in one of the loudest and most hostile venues in all of sports. He throws one HORRIBLE interception, but the other comes on a tipped ball.
And for that, his performance should be "mocked mercilessly"?
Geez, the standard for this guy is off the charts.
To be fair, it appears as though Brady was talking trash to them before the game and Brady had said before the game that he was looking forward to quieting the crowd.
It's one thing if Brady tweeted stuff before the game (does he even use Twitter?). I

that's one way of looking at it.......the other one could be that brady sucked to no end when it mattered most.
Stat wise Brady played great. But from what my eyeballs saw Sunday, Brady was playing like straight up nothing but trash since the very end of the second quarter. He was missing open receivers high and low. The weather may have affected his shoulder or McDaniels stupid playcalling may have affected his play, it definitely affected the lack of scoring in the redzone that's for sure. I would be tripping out of my mind to say Brady wasn't killing the offense yesterday. Hopefully the shoulder is better against the Jets.
If Brady was gonna trash talk he should've stepped up his game. Not get all cute and ****y because he was winning at the time, he should've known the secondary was gonna blow the game sooner or later.
only more fuel for us to win the superbowl :verycool:
If Brady did indeed talk trash before the game (not sure if this even happened... read something about silencing the home crowd... nothing more), then it comes with the territory that he will hear about it after the loss.
However, taking it from the field to Twitter is rather puerile, IMO. And then to lash out at Pats fans, calling them "idiots" for stooping to his level just made his callowness even more manifest for all to see.
"He told me and earl to see him after the game when they win..... I found him after...."
Actually, this serves Brady right.
He "asked" him to look for him at the end of the game, assuming they would win this game and looked pretty dumb when they had 6 trips to the redzone and scored once.
Can't get mad at the DB, Brady asked him to do it, he only did what Brady said. Too many homers here that are so biased towards anything that happens. Geez.
