Right. As I recall he got twisted around stretching out for a pass on the left sideline and got up looking hobbled and in pain.I think he did. I remember one sideline shot of him grimacing and looking pretty uncomfortable.
In my book, Reiss is the most credible where the Pats are concerned, so for now I'm inclined to believe him.
Or someone. A cute nurse perhaps?Well he must have done something.
Most knee injections help lubricate the joint/reduce swelling and ease pain.
Why does he need this if he only has a bone bruise? I hate to stir up panic but it's probably worse than a bone bruise.
trying to figure out the timing. Any help is welcome. Not according to the article:
"New England Patriots tight end Rob Gronkowskispent part of Thursday in a Boston hospital getting treatment on his injured right knee which included an injection, according to a source familiar with the procedure....."
Thanks. That's a great and much needed perspective. A welcome breath of sanity. Not at all.
People think if Maclin really has an ankle sprain that he would miss this game or if he plays be hobbled at best.
As for the Pats being healthy, people didn't assume they would be 100% healthy, the thought is they will be healthier overall as a team then they were those last few weeks. The defense will have their 11 starters+Sheard active to start the game for the first time since the Dallas game, think about that for a second.
People are just completely ignoring the Pats defense in this game like they have zero say in how the game goes. No one is talking about what if the Pats defense just balls out Saturday and the Chiefs can't really do anything on offense. All the talk is about how the Chiefs have the defense to stop the Pats like its a foregone conclusion that's what the game will come down to.
If reiss said no injection and rappoport said injection. Then the chicken littles would say rappoport would be the one to believe
Now they say he was a DNP with a back issue
They?
The team....They?
Ok, now im convinced bill is just toying with everyone. All the rumors come out then they updat the injury report to say back and knee?
How did he hurt his back in 2 hours? Lol
