So everyone assumes that Maclin will somehow be out 4-6 weeks for his mild HAS, and he gets some light work in.
In comparison, they assume that everyone will be healthy on the Pats and Gronk's at the hospital getting injections and has one limited practice in three days.
Sounds about right.
Not at all.
People think if Maclin really has an ankle sprain that he would miss this game or if he plays be hobbled at best.
As for the Pats being healthy, people didn't assume they would be 100% healthy, the thought is they will be healthier overall as a team then they were those last few weeks. The defense will have their 11 starters+Sheard active to start the game for the first time since the Dallas game, think about that for a second.
People are just completely ignoring the Pats defense in this game like they have zero say in how the game goes. No one is talking about what if the Pats defense just balls out Saturday and the Chiefs can't really do anything on offense. All the talk is about how the Chiefs have the defense to stop the Pats like its a foregone conclusion that's what the game will come down to.
