We've done this the past few years, but I haven't seen anything so far this time around. How it works... We have 32 participants... each picks their own team. For example, I'll let someone else be the Pats, so I'll take the Cowboys at pick #22. Then we let the draft flow out on one thread. Whoever is the Raiders starts things off, followed by poster X with the Lions, and so on. Simple. You pick on the basis on team need and guys who you like or who you think will fit in best with their respective NFL franchise. Don't pick on the basis of "Hmmm how can I screw the Raiders or Jets?" or even "How will this pick give the Pats a leg up?" I think a Sunday afternoon would be the best time to do this as it's the time we'd be able to have people ready to draft without work/family commitments getting in the way. Also, I cannot remember, do we go more than one round? If so maybe we go to round 4 or we can do the whole thing. Let's see what the consensus is on this issue and then we'll decide. What do you guys think?
