What's it like in the Boston area? Its sunny and 45 here in carolina.
not to make the northerners feel any worse but 45 is 9 degrees below normal here! (In Raleigh at least.)I spoke with my daughter this morning and they were expecting 2 feet today in New Hampshire.

We had a few inches this morning, then nothing. Now it's really starting to pick up here in York County, Maine. They are saying we should get a foot.
I'm home with a Flod virus anyway so no driving in it. May change to freezing rain then back to snow.
As someone who spent about five decades living in the suburbs of Boston I can tell you that is not at all unusual, especially in Northern New England. In Albany, NY (just west of Massachusetts border) they are getting a foot and a half. And yes, I think feet here are the same as they are in Jolly Old England. I believe you've gone to the metric system now; we're still stuck with the archaic system your forebears invented...Sorry, foot as in TWELVE INCHES?????? WTF?

It is freezing down here, I don't even think that we got to 60 degrees today! I almost have to wear a coat! I can't wait until Spring in two weeks.

Welcome to the States. We get about 7 inches a few times a year in North Texas.. infact it snowed just a bit today, didn't stick though. It was 28 degrees at last check.
