In God's name why? Their receivers (Holmes, Wallace, Ward) aren't the problem.
Galloway seems better suited for them though. Ben tends to improvise as he holds the ball forever, so a guy who's still got some legs can get open in that time.
If they were a timing and rhythm offense he'd be useless.

He would be their #4 or #5 WR, and he doesnt play ST, and has shown difficulty in picking up new playbooks. By signing him you are effectively downgrading your roster. It would be like if a team kicked an onside kick when they had the lead. Nothing good could happen.
