I think BenJarvis better watch out because this guy is the read deal.
Those 3 provide a different dynamic to the running and passing games. I'm looking forward to seeing what Vereen can add to the dynamic.I think that BJGE and Ridley give them a very good tandem.. Add Woodhead as the "3rd down back" and live gets really interesting for the opposing teams. Ridley is more dynamic than BJGE in that Ridley is very good in the passing game.
I like Ridley as a Kevin Faulk type player. Law Firm is a workhorse. Woodhead for gimmick stuff and Edelman needs to be phased out of the offense.
Believe or not . . . Ridley's good!

am i the only one who got that? lol
Ridley's Believe it or Not.
He doesn't look like he is 220-225 lbs - maybe that's why some people don't seem to think that he can be an every down back.
Edelman should not be used for anything but end-arounds and passing plays. Using him on running plays is silly..
Ridley actually is NOT a Faulk type player. Ridley is more of a North/South runner. He actually has shown he can run both inside and outside.. Which is the sign of a Starting RB. Ridley was used more in short-yardage in college.
Vereen is the one touted as the Faulk-type player. And we haven't even seen him yet..
No way. Ridley has featured back written all over him....based upon what we've seen so far. Give him 15-20 carries a game and I bet that we'd see something special. If by workhorse, you mean steady/solid but limited, I agree.

Well obviously the coaching staff doesn't seem to think he can be an every down back at this point.
