They are JAGs.
You're wrong, as usual. They're starters on most other teams.

I can't imagine why we would have 5 TEs on the roster. Especially when 3 of them are JAGs.
I could see Ron Brace cut.
The Pats or the Giants dont consider Ballard a JAG
Sure, MOST TEAMS wanted them as starters and they decided to come here and play behind Gronk and Hernandez because they don't want to be starters right?
I bet teams are dying for the 4 combined receptions these 3 'starters on most teams' have.
That may be the case, may not, but he isn't even part of the discussion because he is injured and wont be playing this year. The Pats or the Giants dont consider Ballard a JAG
NFL Pryor, Ballard ineligible for this season - ESPN
Both Pryor and Ballard both reportedly I eligible to return this year.

Well that was a well earned rookie contract for Pryor. Very Crablesque.
THere goes supposed help for the inside pass rush.
I just hope that the Pats have a way of keeping Pryor and Glass IR Dowling from associating
I think:
Trevor Scott - to IR, because he is injured and hasn't done much when active
Tracy White - to IR, because he has been injured and they've replaced his SP/DEF contributions with younger players.
Ninkovich is the 4th LB....replaced?
We don't have anyone capable of playing half as well as Mayo/Spikes/Hightower other than White. The other LB who could is on IR.
See I dont care where they are drafted. They are on the team either way. I guess its just because I never had any interest in the revisionary history exercise of analyzing the draft in hindsight. At least we can say that Pryor was 'only' a 6th rounder, as opposed to the massive hype and hope that Dowling brought as the 1st pick of the 2nd round.
It's obviously never a good thing to see any draft picks wasted, but I can live with the Pryor situation much more than Dowling.
I wonder if/when they'll be making a call to the Gerard Warren bat phone, unless that's a worst case scenario that will only occur with substantial injury?
