I was curious about the history of the NFL MVP award, so yesterday I went to Wikipedia to check on it. According to the site the 2007 winner was Tom Brady. I was surprised, and I figured I would post it here later today (I just got back from the park.)
I went back there and it has now been removed. So I wonder if a member of the media leaked it, or if it is just speculation/optimism from a Tom Brady fan.
Here is the evidence:
http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php...gue_Most_Valuable_Player_Award&action=history
On the page's "edit history" you can see that the member "J. Matthew Bailey" removed this information at 21.56. The reason was (/Took out Brady as 2007 MVP: No announcement until later this week)
The poster has been involved in a lot of NFL wikipedia editing, and I wonder if he is an inside source with knowledge of the situation.

Addendum: It appears that this guy is a Patriots fan. Still it seems out of character for him to add something based on speculation.
