Let’s put a stop to the ******ed Yankees suck chants at Gillette Stadium while we’re at it.
Baseball is just a sport to pass the time until football season arrives!

Abso-freaking-lutely! Why would the Patriots want to hear that? Why would Patriots fans want to chant that at a football game? Stupid, stupid, stoooooopid!
I have no problem "piling on." The sooner we get Boston baseball culture put in its rightful place, the better.
NOW HEAR THIS: DO NOT CHEER FOR THE DESPERATE HOUSEWIVES AT PATRIOTS FOOTBALL GAMES. NO MORE, NADA, ZILCH, STOP! THE PATRIOTS PLAYERS DO NOT LIKE IT, IT IS IRRELEVANT TO THEM AND MORE THAN A BIT INSULTING. SHUT YOUR MOUTH OR GO AWAY.
Red Sox have crap for hitting other than the Big Two and no good #2 SP. Assuming they lose this tonight they need a good game from Wakefield then Beckett. Matsuzaka killed them in the second half by running out of gas. He was money better spent than Clemens but still not worth it - not for now anyway.Uggh the wheels came off the train in the 5th. Sigh. Cleveland is killing us and the Sox offense keeps hitting into double plays!!

(BTW, anybody find it ironic that the Patriots have been the team drenched in drama and controversy for the past year or so? Vinatieri's defection, the Branch fiasco with all the tampering allegations and special masters, the San Diego "classless" whines, the epic collapse in the AFCCG, the tragic death of a player, Asante's holdout, Rodney's suspension, then of course the vast circus that is cameragate. Meanwhile Tunescribe's beloved "Deperate Housewives" have been quiet and peaceful. Go figure.)
the agony is almost over, sox choking on the tube steak as we speak.
shaugnessy must be in all his angst filled glory. sad part is, he starts writing about the pats next week
I can deal with one thread in the playoffs especially with it almost over - but it takes a special kind of arrogance to call people simpletons for wanting just PATRIOTS talk on the PATRIOTS forum when there is a RED SOX forum too.Very easy. Don't click on the thread if you don't care. Jesus, what a bunch of simpletons on this board.

Duh.
You do realize that the fans who were chanting that were from Boston right?
You know, Boston?
We all know this.
THEY'RE IDIOTS.

Is there some kind of law that prevents people supporting the hometown teams? The Pats won big and the Boston fans who made the trip to Dallas wanted to "rub it in" some more.
This is nonsense. How does chanting "Let's go baseball team" rub it in at a football game? All it does is irritate the Patriots. No, there is no law preventing people from supporting their hometown teams, but there should be when it's as weird and misplaced as what you describe.
What is you problem? God forbid Pats fans follow more than one team.
