Duron Harmon should never have been drafted #91 overall, but I do agree about that
UF/Urban Meyer connection.

Maybe he shouldn't, but Harmon didn't look that bad last year..

I actually like Harmon.

I heard AH during TC as a rookie was walking around Gillette like he was a seasoned veteran. Very smug until one of the big guys pulled him aside and told him to cut the crap.

I'd love to know who did that, and hope that attitude still exists in the locker room.

I'd love to know if the guy is under police protection right now :D

I find it hard to believe Hernandez didn't socialise with the team at all, how can you be with a group of guys pretty much every day for 6 months and not be friends with them at all. But then, if you'd told me he was a murderer this time last year I wouldn't have believed that either.

The more I think about this Kenny Britt thing it might be a favor to his agent, who cannot get through to this kid... he knows the Pats do not want an oft troubled receiver, and maybe if he is rejected enough Britt might "get" it???

Do not see this signing at all...

I think it will turn out to be a good pick. Actually as a rookie he performed better than the average for a 91st pick.

I agree, I'm shocked they are even having him in for a visit. I can't see Mr. Kraft agreeing to sign this guy unless it's for like 1 mill a season (including bonuses), with like 500k against the cap.

Hated the pick, but not as much as I hated the Tavon Wilson pick. I'd love them to draft Brandon Coleman from Rutgers this year. If they want a big receiver from Rutgers, lets grab him and forget Kenny Britt.

Any updates. Is he still here or did he already leave to go to Washington

I don't fall in love with potential draftees.

But Coleman has caught my eye. I do not think the Pats replace Hernandez with a big, slow, reliable TE, who can block and catch, but is too slow to get open. Aperp wasn't that, and we already have Hoomanawanui. Why do we need another Hooman?

Coleman could be that BIG "X" WR, who can be a H-back and run those types of routes that Aperp did, and also compete at "X" WR.

His qualifications? Sciano counseling BB, Rutgers, 6-6-225, team captain, and two time Academic All-American. Available in the 3rd or 4th, maybe with a positioning pick, of one of our three ? 6ths.:)

That allows a Meat-&-Potatoes lineman draft, 2 OLs and a DL, with the first 3 picks.:snob:

Just what this doctor ordered.

Hopefully he left to go to Washington and the team has moved on to another, better alternative at WR. *cough* *accidental fart* James Jones *cough*.

I love the speed he shows on some of the catches, especially the first one, shows breakaway speed from the DBs. Didn't know he was a 2 time Academic All American. Plus didn't Rutgers run a similar offfense to ours ? Shouldn't make learning the playbook too hard for him.

LaFell left Foxboro without a deal as well and ended up signing a few days after his visit.

My fault thought i had it

If this happens scratch receiver and defensive back off draft needs.
Circle offensive line, tight end, defensive line, Brandon Coleman as Patriots targets.

Britt is not a lock...he didn't do a thing last year...
