If you could change something about the Super Bowl what would it be?

I would make it illegal to sell the tickets for more than face value and I would mandate that they distribute the majority of them to the teams that are in the game, and in turn, mandate that the teams give more of their fans the right to purchase them. It is kind of crazy that a team's fans support them all year long to get them to the big game, and then all but 1% are shut out of said big game. I know it'll never happen. Too much $$ at stake.

This! Waaay more season ticket holders should get priority for tickets!

I was seriously considering making the trip this year but after I priced out everything I figured I would be spending around $10,000 for the entire trip. ( & that is with a lousy end zone nose bleed ticket ) If I'm gonna spend that kind of money I at least better come home with a tan! Watching on the big screen with a bunch of friends is starting to sound better than spending a week @ Indy in Feb once the $ is considered.

Halftime is too long & I HATE the halftime show.

Since they are going to continue to rake people over the coals on ticket prices, no more awful venues. Detroit, Indy, Jax :confused: seriously?? The super bowl should only be in resort cities so you can at least make a proper vacation out of it!

1) As others have said, more tickets need to be available to fans, rather than corporate sponsors.

2) If they're going to have the game at times in cold-weather cities, I'd like to see all cities have a shot, including stadiums without domes. If fans who visit for the game are going to be stuck with bad weather, let's have some games in bad weather as well.

otherwise, leave the games to Miami, Tampa, New orleans, Phoenix and San Diego
edit: other cities would be ok w/me, too, though it gets subjective -- SF and Oakland would work for me, as would Seattle, as they're good cities to visit (counting SF for Oakland :) ), weather's never too bad in SF and Seattle has a roof

3) unlike some other folks, I like the 2 weeks, as it makes it a bit more possible to go to the game if your team gets in. trying to set up a trip week of gets tough.
