Come back when your team grows up - The Chargers have now proven TWICE in 2 years they are not ready for a prime time wins against us,Immaturity seems to be the problem

The Chargers were down by 24 and the front D-guys were pumping fists and jumping up and down when Maroney was stopped for a no gainer - stuff like that shows immaturity just like Madden commented on that one particular play

LdT should take a page out of your book in terms of showing CLASS. Hopefully the injuries to Olivea, Williams, and Wilhelm aren't too serious and they'll be back soon. Otherwise, the Chargers season could be a real long one.

Keep your head up man. The Bolts have the talent but likely won't be able to realize it with Norv. He is plenty smart enough but his personality and leadership style doesn't provide a unifying structure for his players. That leads to a lack of confidence in the coaches and that gets old real fast.

The only advice I can offer is to have your team stop giving us bulletin board material. I think Collinsworth said it best (did I just say that?) - the Chargers are not mature enough for these games.
