So, back when we played the Broncos, Merriweather got a 15yd penalty for taunting, even though he didn't really get in the player's face that bad.
FF to the Steelers game and Hines Ward pushes forward into a Bengal after going OB, then keeps pushing into his face and jawing, and gets nothing.

I seriously, can't stand the inconsistent officiating that goes on in this league. The refs have way too much influence on the pace of the game.
