Nice piece in today's Providence Journal that provides a measure of balance to the media frenzy about issues within the Patriots ranks: http://www.providencejournal.com/writers/bill-reynolds/20141006-bill-reynolds-belichick-and-brady-show-they-still-have-the-golden-touch.ece
Reynolds best passage is about Bill Belichick:
"We have seen him at his best, and we have seen him at his worst, to the point that long ago he became who he is, a private man in a very public job.
And at times, of course, he can be difficult.
“We’re on to Cincinnati.”
In the end, though, it comes down to this: Do you want Bill Belichick to be your football coach?
Absolutely.
All the rest is theatre."
I wish I had posted that.
