Sean Taylor blows, he makes big hits sometimes, but more often he blows the play trying to line up a big hit. That's a sad selection.
Of course, someone here took John Lynch...but I was assuming that was a joke.
Ed Reed would be my choice.
God d@mn Stephen Jackson would be a BEAST with this team. I'm starting to sell short on Maroney... He has bad instincts at the line. You can't teach that. If we just had a big bruiser who could bust off guard and break tackles... Oh man. It wouldn't even be fair.
Stolen idea from the Chargers board.
If we could add one player from the league to this team, who would you pick? It can't be someone just to sabotage another team; it's got to be a player that you would legitimately like to have here.
I'm going with Champ Bailey. Could you imagine?
In this order:
1) Ed Reed
2) Champ Bailey
3) Bob Sanders
4) Nick Mangold
5) Kerry Rhodes
Adrian Wilson - The man plays like Rodney Harrison in his prime. He can play close to the line or back in coverage. I had only heard about him until mid-2006 and the Monday night game against the 49ers.
I hate Champ Bailey, but I would want him to shut down one side of the field (if I couldn't have Wilson).
Can I get someone to say they would take Peyton Manning? Geez, since someone wrote Steve Smith, why not Marvin Harrison or Reggie Wayne? Isn't Moss enough?
