Highest ceiling is of course Joe Milton.

The Tennessee QB is Cam Newton-sized with a Marvel comic arm.

Go big or go home. Fifth or sixth round potential gem for somebody.

yup, that's what it means to go for the highest ceiling.

A superstar is found anywhere and everywhere from #1 to UDFA.

IMO, unless we think that we have one of the very top 0-2 that have a easonable shot at bing a superstar, then floor is an important consideration. Folks wouldn't be considering McCarthy if high floor weren't a consideration. He won't be a superstar, but he could very well be worth a top 10 pick, depending on your point of view.
