Denver has really fallen off the ledge as a football city since Elway's retirement. It's basically like Indy-West now; they're essentially just a bunch of dumb hicks. Their jealousy for the Patriots is at an unhealthy level.

The Bronco fan base is now a really great example of Patriot Derangement Syndrome.

When they signed Peyton Manning, they were so excited to be lifted back up into some form of Conference relevancy and in their adorable excitement went all-in on the Brady v Manning debate. They started repeating all the laughable arguments we had been shooting down in Indy since 2004, they started in with the GOAT arguments, and then they became the latest in a long lineage of failed rivals for our continued AFC supremacy.

They were so starved for attention that they just basically latched on to Colts history like some parasite.

Then came the Broncos v Seahawks Superbowl. AFC injuries and weather laid out a red carpet for the Broncos to actually go to the big game, after a one-and-done under Peyton the year previous.

It gets branded "the Legacy Bowl," there was absurd amounts of hype ready to anoint Peyton Manning to GOAT with a victory, and then Denver did what Denver does, which is completely crap all over themselves on national television.

That was the beginning of their PDS.

The following season, Brady gets called finished, and Bronco fans were in a state of euphoria over it. Too bad for them the Pats were on to Cincinnati and Tom bounced back to go on a best-player-in-the-league tear to win a 4th Superbowl, against the very team that throttled Denver the year before.

That's when they went full ******. They became Deflate-hating Spybabies of the highest order. They all now put asterisks next to the name Pats whenever they type it out, because they're 2007 Steeler fan cool, and that really shows us, and in their feeble little minds `tarnishes our reputation`.

It's basically the revenge of the petty, who have no claws.

It's honestly amazing that Belichick and Brady are so freaking awesome at the game of football that they can literally make massive amounts of people devolve into a hysterical, emotionally-compromised mob of morons.

These haters are honestly broken football fans. They've built up themselves in their heads too often, only to be dumped on by the Patriots. 2012 `welcome back` beatdown. The 2013 comeback game. The 2014 beat down followed by a 4th Superbowl ring, with their Manning hilarity against Indianapolis. All of these things having happened in rapid succession just made them a broken and now deranged football fan base.

The Denver Me-Too's are Tom and BB's third victim. The Jet fan base, the Steeler fan base and the Bronco fan base have all been reduced to irrational, incoherent conspiracy theorists and Patriot hater nut jobs.

Too bad we couldn't break the Ravens, too.

bravo..!

Oh, I almost forgot about the Patriots jacking them up in the playoffs their Tebow year.

Denver fans will be living their worst nightmare on Sunday: Brady will be hoisting the Lamar Hunt Trophy on their home field in front of all their fans in attendance.

It's an image they'll never be able to forget, as much as they'll want to.

Tally ho, good sir!

I was going to say the Colts fan base should be included in the "have devolved into..." paragraph, but they didn't really devolve, they've always been that dumb. It's Indianapolis.

Broncos fans are literally the last people who should be talking about tainted titles. Like Manning's sexual assault, they are incredibly lucky their illegal under-the-table salary cap payments to Elway (no the Broncos' GM) took place before the internet, social media, all sports talk, all the tie really took off.

Since the Patriots are the visiting team, if they win the trophy will be awarded indoors.

By the way, Denver is not the only delusional jealous fan base.

What a great post to end the day on. Outstanding.

the denver broncos have never won a SB without cheating the salary cap. that is a fact

the last time they played in the big game, they got killed by 5 touchdowns. my favorite non patriot game of all time.

Boy that Denver loss to Seattle really changed everything huh? Up until that point, Denver was openly talked about as having the best year of all time, and many people thought that Pink Head had won the debate with Brady.

Of course we knew better. It all started to fall apart with the safety. A sports narrative has probably never changed so quickly.

That damn Bronco/ Indy crap just killed me in so many ways.

First we had the commentators continuously updating us with how many yards until Peyton breaks the yardage record and kept panning over to the HOF Record Collector guy waiting to collect the record breaking football. Yayyyyy.

Second not only do they continue to chat/rant/drool about it they throw up a nice little on screen counter reminding us how many yards he has left until he breaks Favre's record. Woohooo.

Third, and this is the best, the football Gods had had enough of the BS. Peyton, with just 3 yards left on the "Countdown" counter throws a freaking pick and loses the game without breaking the record. hahahaha Oh My God it was too good to be true.

Lastly, the next week he breaks his little record, gives the ball to the HOF record collector guy, who now has an additional 2000 air miles, then continues on only to throw 4 or 5 picks and get benched.

Just priceless.

Everything you describe would be really sad if it weren't so funny.

The Donks have a long history of getting blown out in the Super Bowl.

Why do you say that?

The ceremony took place outdoors when we won in Pittsburgh during the 2001 and 2004 AFCCGs.

Im pretty sure the last 2 road teams that won the conference championship (2012 49ers and Ravens) were held indoors.

I'd create a username on the donkeys forum just to post this if I were the OP....
