This is the perfect game for the Pats to have three rookies on the OLine (Jackson, Andrews, Mason) and run the ball all game long on the Bills. It would show the league that the Pats have more than just a passing game. A real physical running attack would be awesome.

Why would that matter?

It would give our opponents something else to worry about.

If the Pats try to run the ball on the Bills all day, that would be a huge mistake.

Of course it would be, which is why it won't happen.

Although you can be sure Rex will be ready to be stout against the run that isn't coming.

I think we play them like we have most teams with strong defensive lines. Spread them out and emphasize the quick passes to the tight ends and slot recievers

I do not think this is at all true. Bills fans are not confusing the Colts with the Patriots. We all recognize the Pats are a much stiffer test. The good news is that after the Colts win, we see that we have a decent team at least.
No need to downplay your team. The fact is that "on paper" the Bills maybe better at more positions than the Pats. Your DL is better. Your Secondary is better right now. Your OL might be better....right now. Your RB's are better, and your skill positions are at least just as good. Our QB and LB's are the only places where the Pats have clear advantages. Add all this plus to the key element of playing this game in Buffalo and the fact is that THIS is a game the Bills SHOULD win.

Right now the is the time for the Bills. By mid season the Pats will get back their best interior OLman (Stork), their best big WR receiver (LaFell), and their best interior pass rusher (Easley). And one things Bills fans know for a fact is that Bellichick's teams always get better as the year goes on. Also the next time we meet the game will be played at Gillette. So the pressure is on the Bills to win this Sunday, because if they don't their path to the AFCE title becomes infinitely harder

Ya saw bills fans on reddit saying Belichick pulled Brady at HT in that game because the bills were dominating it and had Brady played better in the 1st half he would have played the whole game.

Notable inactives for that game:
Rob Gronkowski
Julian Edelman
Sebastain Vollmer
Dan Connolly

But ya Brady was pulled at HT solely because he wasn't playing well, idiots.

I watched it at my favorite Sports Bar on Bridge St on Anna Maria Island. Full of geezers some of whom go home to their trailers at halftime for a nap. Anyway, a buncha Williams fans were at a table watching them win the game. Pumped & Jacked!

God help us!
I just learned that unknown to me the Competition Committee has eliminated the TE position!

I recommend you take a look at the box score of some of our recent games against the Bills. We've been running on that front for years.

Not that we care about ESPN, but of course most "experts" picked the Bills to win (surprise, surprise... Tom Jackson and Chris Mortensen included. lol)

Good lord, this mornings sportscenter from Buffalo is comedy. It feels like it's being treated as a playoff game, that Buffaloser is a lock to win. Blah blah blah, the last time the Bills sniffed the playoffs, the Music City miracle happened. Don't they know yet? God hates the Bills.

Just ask Norwood.

I don't blame the Bills fans for being confident. They easily took care of Indy, the NYFL's choice for the top team and QB.

I have always had respect for the Bills, one of the original AFL teams, but now that Ryan's there flapping his gums, that respect is tempered a bit.

Here's hoping for a big win for the Pats today and an injury free game for both teams. The Bills usually match up physically and play a hard hitting game against the Pats, no matter the record of each team.
