He knows the stadium is going to be packed opening night. they may boo him or goodell but after the first pats TD everyone will cheer and come back for more again. thats all he cares for. If people somehow can skip the game and make them play in the empty stadium it will be great but wont happen.Lot of non pats fans and corporates will still buy the tkts and fill it up like some concert.
But Bob has the best friends money could buy.Truly clueless. Isolated in his ivory tower. He needs to go out and meet some real fans.
I would normally agree, but if anything can get you permanently on the Boston **** list, I think throwing Brady under the bus just might be it. For two solid generations of Boston sports fans, Brady is their #1 guy, and in all likelihood will be for life. I dunno if there's any coming back from that if you're Kraft. He figures this is just a hissy fit by the fan base, and that he can just ride the storm. Historically speaking, he's likely right.
I hate to say it, but you're probably right. He figures this is just a hissy fit by the fan base, and that he can just ride the storm. Historically speaking, he's likely right.

If I'm Brady I'm thinking get me the eff out of here. This guy told me he was behind me %100. Now he's up Goody's a22. What a chump.
He's 100% behind Brady as long as he doesn't have any reason at all not to be.He's 100% behind Brady, and he's 100% about the fans, as long as it doesn't interfere with the full 32 and his wallet.
Opening day will be interesting. I guess they can just fill the stadium with local office zombies stuffed in Patriots jerseys. If any real Patriots fans show up outside to protest, they will be characterized as "honks" and a fringe movement. Sorry state of affairs, indeed.
The stadium will still sell out, but the overwhelming prevalence of the wine and cheese crowd will be even more pronounced than usual. If Kraft sees a hit at all, it won't be in ticket sales. It might be in the size of the waiting list, sales of merchandise, and revenue coming out of Patriot Place.
