Woo hoo - yeah bay-bee....now that's what I'm talking about...
Really - that is great news....one game to help knock the rust off, then time to say "howdy" to the Colts!
Any news on who is being moved to make space for his activation - or are we assuming that's definitely what Santonio got demoted for? IOW, is there a chance there's one more domino to fall so Eddie Jackson can suit up tomorrow?
Yeah, the timing is tremendous. Green is a terrific back-up, but he IS a back-up, and as the season has gone on, I think the D has felt Seymour's absence.
Honestly, think about how this is lining up: if things go well against DC, the Colts will face a complete, healthy, Pats D, that has maybe played with some softness/vanilla qualities due to the ridiculous leads the offense has handed them. I CANNOT WAIT for the Colts game. (Well, I can, I guess. I have to.)
You missed a starter and a key role player:In the AFCC game
Harrison out
Wilson out
Seymour played at 50%
Colvin missed almost the entire second half
Baker and Mickens played in dime packages
Maroney played but was in major pain....and you could see by the way he ran
Eric Alexandra played most of the second half
Come to think of it the Colts while a great team always plays teams without there best players every week.
That is correct:Come to think of it the Colts while a great team always plays teams without there best players every week.
That is correct:
Houston - Andre Johnson, Ahman Green, Ron Dayne out
Tampa Bay - Cadillac Williams, Michael Pittman, Luke Petitgout out
Denver - Javon Walker out, John Lynch
Jacksonville - David Garrard (second half out)
Carolina - Jake Delhomme out
I was strictly referring to the opposing team's offensive players....................
