I agree with this, which makes it baffling to me that BB opts for raw prospects from unsophisticated college passing attacks. Maybe he feels like the guys with athletic ability and NFL readiness are off the board before the late second or third round, so he'd rather take on a project with upside than a technician with a low ceiling. He fits the Bengals' simplified offense better than the Patriots' offense.
