It's official- Superbowl halftime show will be Katy Perry.

I, for one, will be hoping for a Timberflake/Jackson redux! (Mostly due to lack of interest in her "music." ROFL)

Who gives a flying freak? All that matters is we're ahead on the scoreboard.

I don't personally care who is going to play the halftime show because its not like Amon Amarth is going to play or at least Iron Maiden. Seriously who really cares?

She's gonna roar like a lion...I got a lion ready to roar too...perhaps she'd like to meet little Leo???

From past experiences, people only care about who performs at the Halftime show when their team doesn't make it. If the Patriots make it to the Super Bowl and win, I don't care if Justin Bieber performs. That being said, at least Katy is excellent eye candy and actually has talent.

U2 was the only one I recall and they ruled.

I'm not a huge fan either, they just captured the moment.

Katy Perry will appeal to a lot of people. Her fans will tune in just to see her and that's the point. Some will see ads and parts of the first and second half. I like her music and she is easy on the eyes. I give this news two thumbs up (and a like).

Katy Perry in my bed at halftime, now that would be something to be excited about!;)

At least she seems cool, was on game day a few weeks ago, and of course, she has nice tata's.

Well that will be very interesting.

I remember the Prince half time show being a classic.

Didn't stick in my memory, but he's great. I generally find something to do at half time shows, it's not like we don't see these performers elsewhere.
