NFL Preseason Week 3 Thread

I'm not seeing much of a difference between Sanchez and Geno at this point. Either one that they start is going to lead to many lulz.

It's so weird watching crap teams beat good teams in the preseason. Hurry up would you September.

Alec Ogletree looks really good out there. If he keeps this up the Rams will be very lucky to have Ogletree and Laurinaitis as three down LBs.

I'm holding off on going to JI like purposefully delaying an orgasm. 3 ints from their savior in a preseason game (meaningless, we all know) is going to elicit some tears.

The jets are falling to pieces tonight. They put Sanchez in the game in the 4th after Geno had 3 ints. Sanchez then got hammered into the ground and hurt his shoulder.

Sanchez injured. How come they put their potential starting QB in the 4th Q of the game ? I bet Rex will refer to mallett playing entire 2nd half the other day also.

Unfortunately for Sanchez, he hurt his interception throwing shoulder.

The most classless idiotic back stabbing move I've ever witnessed in my entire life. Ryan should be fired five seconds after the final tick of the clock in the 4th quarter

This is great: the Green Beans-Big Brothers game is in overtime! :singing:

What happened?

Ya know, we are probably witnessing the most pathetic QB battle in history. Watching Sanchez and Geno battle it out is...all I can think of is it's like France and Switzerland going to war. The white flags vs. the eternally neutral.

What happened?

He put his likely opening game starter-by-default into the game in the 4th quarter with a bunch of scrubs on the field with him. The Giants D promptly teed off on him.

Putting a starting QB into that situation is asinine.

What happened?

I stopped watching so maybe he's referencing something else but, to me, calling this the game that will determine the starter then putting in the guy whose jersey is on your tattoo to play against the 3rd stringers after letting the rookie flail against the 1st string defense is stacking the deck just a tad.

Sanchez was also playing WITH 3rd stringers. In particular, 3rd string OL. Hence the injury.

Personally I think the move was meant to give Mark the chance to look good. An NFL QB with 4 seasons starting under his belt and 2 AFCCG appearances should be able to stand out amidst 3rd stringers.

Some terrible explanations by ryan. Says he wanted to win the game !!!

wow...he's melting down now...this is a man who has NO clue...all he knows is being a contentious big mouth moron

ryan has lost it in the presser...hahahaa

this Rex Ryan presser is classic... :cool3:
