"As simply as it can be put, the police believe, and a judge agreed, that based on known facts, evidence pertaining to the homicide might be found in Aaron Hernandez's house."
At the very least AH should stay home and forget about seedy strip clubs for a while....at the very least.
No. "might" is not PC. It must be enough that a reasonable and prudent person believes it is probably true -- that is, more probable than not. Hence the word "probable."
Well clearly they have been unsuccessful so far as evidenced by the lack of an arrest. Probable means likely but not certain to be or become true or real, somewhat like "might". Good grief!
No, they are not close. Police cannot enter a citizen's home and seize his things because he "might" have contraband or evidence of a crime. Not close. I might have a hot dog at the game and I probably will have a hot dog at the game are different things entirely, and the fourth amenment and 240 years of constitutional criminal procedure turn on the difference.
As for "good grief" I don't have a problem with you giving your speculation or opinion about what all this means, just as I am doing. None of us knows and no opinion is superior to any other. But if you are going to qoute my post, tell me I am wrong on a subject I know like the back of my hand, and go so far as to tell me I am obligated to edit my post, I don't think it is out of line for me to defend my post by noting yours is mistaken.
(as a pedestrian and common man).
I don't have a problem with your expertise (I don't know what it is but I will cave to your profound knowledge on the topic) but it seems to me (as a pedestrian and common man) you are picking fly**** out of pepper. Some say tomato, etc., etc.

The "media problems" we see these days are mostly Internet-driven. Twitter is the primary culprit. It's all so competitive and greater risks are being taken to be first with the news vs. making responsible accuracy priority one.
You are so full of crap. He destroyed the home surveillence system, he smashed the cell phone, and had the place scrubbed hours after the death. The body was found in his rental, hours after they were together.
Does this describe your average day? Look i know hes a good tight end on our favorite football team, doesnt mean we have to live in fricken denial
So I am probably a murderer, by the criterion used by the Media.
