We are going to need two reports from you. The serious one and the other one! I think I'll enjoy the latter one more.:)

Will do. Both should be chocked full of crappy witticisms.

The only thing I haven't figured out is who gets invited to that special training camp section? Is it season ticket holders?

Are you talking about the in Stadium Event? Or the VIP section (the blue seats and roped off section)?

As some one else pointed out once a year they hold a Season Ticket/Foxboro Resident Event which is a practice inside the stadium which will be held a week from today.

The VIP section which is the blue seats between the two endzones is used for Club Seat and Luxary Box as well as all sorts of other promotions. I have sat there a few times through the credit card extra points program. Not much to it some free drinks and a back to your seat.

I actually prefer the view from the sideline better. I look at it as in the VIP you have great end zone view at both fields but its end zone. From the sideline you get a better view of the closer field but I guess a worse view of the far one but still sideline vs end zone.

.

Yes, I was referring to the VIP section. I do agree that the sideline view is better.

What time is training camp open to the public tomorrow 7/26?

No sure if this is the correct place to post this so please forgive me if I put it in the wrong place, but does anyone know what time the Pat's will be on the field tomorrow and what time the public is welcome?

Thanks in advance.

Me and the Mrs Recked are going to the in stadium event on Aug 1 (Wednesday) which starts at 6:30pm.

It's one of the best to see because of the improved view and just being in the stadium knowing that the real deal is just about 5 weeks from that day.

For those going to training camp for the first time this may be of interest to you. All the info you could possibly need and a good graphic of where everything is at.

Here now woohoo!

Dang, I didn't go because I thought the weather would be bad, it's just cloudy so far...I'll be there Sunday and whenever the season ticket one is.

so outside of reiss, who should I be following on twitter?

In no particular order here are a few:

Chris Price @capeleaguer
Mike Rodak @mikerodak
Jeff Howe @jeffphowe
Greg Bedard @gregabedard
SMY @shalisemyoung
Field Yates @fieldyates

Mike Reiss‏@MikeReiss

Second-round pick got a lot of action as third safety. RT: @congdonsation: How did Tavon Wilson look? #PatsNation

Wonder how he looked.

12K at training camp? No thanks.

When is in stadium? I still haven't gotten an email..(waiting list)

Did anyone post observations from camp?

Here are a few videos from today's practice:

BernieVelivis - YouTube

Doubt I caught much of him on video, but D'onta Hightower was everywhere. It was not a full contact practice (but it did get chippy at times!), but if it was.. D'onta would have put a hurt'n on a few players, including a would be sack.

And a few stills (warning hi-res)
