Hate this match up

Their O with those WRs vs our D.....

It us a bad matchup - I honestly don't know where the Giants weakness is. But as far as matching up with the Pats, you have those WR's against our secondary - Cruz, Manningham and Nicks. Conversely, the Niners have nothing on the outside. And you have that pass rush.

It's going to take a couple wrinkles and a ridiculous game from Brady. But yeah know what, it'll feel better if the Pats beat the Giants.

Seriously...look at the rushing yards the Niners got with poor play by Alex Smith. Doon't get psyched. It will be a tough game but I think the coaching staff has learned their lesson. look at today this year they were patient and ran the ball. last year against the Jets they forced everything and waited until the 4th quarter to run the ball.

Cant see anyone picking the Pats in the game. Already lost to this team without two of their best offensive players. Think it will take an almost perfect offensive effort.

And even worse should we fall to the Giants again. If we lose I would rather it have been to San Francisco.

It all depends on Brady. Too much to ask this defense to hold Eli to under 20 points. He's got a legitimate shot to go down as the greatest QB to ever play the game so I'm hoping he steps up to the plate.

If Brady plays like he did in both Denver games, Peyton Manning+Jerry Rice+Jim Brown couldn't outscore the Pats.

But if he plays like he did today....

The Ravens are a much, much better defense then the Giants. Brady throw all over these guys. The pass such can be handled, our O-line is awesome.

This simply can't be good for the NY Jets Little Brother Complex....Its a lose/lose for them.....

LOL I'm disgusted with all this nonsense. We have a damn good shot at winning this game. They have a very good pass rush, but we also have a very good O-line. We need to get SB 42 out of our heads and understand that everything taken into account for a regular game, goes out the window for the superbowl.

It's time to take the ghosts of the last 4 years head on. Admit it, we fans have gone through our daily routines over the last 4 years with that game that I shall not mention always in the back of our minds. It never left, it was always there, that horror show, that nightmare, #85, #10, the miracle sack escape and the catch that I won't mention.

We have to look at it this way, "It can't get any worse". Honestly even if we lost to them again, so be it, we've already experienced the lowest of the lows from that nightmare, to me, it's all upside and no downside at this point. This is our chance to heal these painful wounds. Let's seize the moment and be not afraid of this opportunity.

let's remember Sergio Brown at safety. how horrible was that experiment with those PI calls in their regualr season match.

Let's remember this year's Giants team lost 4 straight, and 5 of 6. They're very beatable. More on that to come.

We have to play like the Redskins for this game, thats all :p

People saying our Oline is weak: what games have you been watching the last few weeks?

Yeah, but it's not how they played then, it's how they play now.

Personally, this feels different because last time we were expected to win. So much pressure. This time all this feels like gravy.

For all of those doubters out there....30 of the remaining 31 teams have exactly zero chance of beating the Ginats in 2 weeks. GO PATS!

win or lose i'm just happy brady made it to 5 superbowls :(.

This is so true. Frickin' Rex Grossman beat those guys twice. If Tom Brady plays brings his A game, the Pats should at the very least have a shot at winning a shootout.

Makes no difference what they did against other teams. It's all about the matchups, and there is no worse one in the entire NFL for the Patriots than this one.
