Re: How loud was is at Gilette today?

Lots of 'lubed' fans jumping around...liked what I saw and heard from the confines of my living room

The ovation for 85 was awesome as well. Kudos to the fans letting him know we got his back!

Definitely. I'm fine if he slowly improves over the season and peaks in the offseason!

Stadium got very loud when he caught that ball

I lost my voice by halftime

Yeah, watching it on TV it seemed that the CBS crew was surprised by that outburst. Nice job, fans!!

Sounded pretty good on TV.....not the loudest I've ever heard Gillette but the crowd put in a good effort today.

That was a GREAT moment.

There seemed to be a surge from the crowd - - sometimes ovations take on lives of their own and this one truly built wave by wave into a real crescendo.

That was really something to see and hear!

My throat's really sore. A little guy near us with a red and blue mohawk looked at me every time I yelled, it was obviously his first NFL game. After the bogus roughing the passer call, I was yelling "hand it off so you don't get hit you girl!" The 2 girls in front of us turned around and high fived me. I got smiles and high fives from them too when I yelled "GIVE IT TO WELKAH!" after we stopped the Bolts near the endzone.

Is it Columbus Day weekend yet??? Time to pull pull the firemans helmet!

 I would prefer he doesn't peak in the offseason.

Postseason perhaps, but not offseason :D

It was crazy where I was sitting (endzone) especially after the first TD to Hernandez and the Wilfork INT. They showed him on the jumbotron and he waved to the fans who gave him a loud ovation.

It was nice and loud through the whole game. However, for those of you (including Tom Brady) who want to complain when the weather gets cold, you should call Robert Kraft. He doubled the size of the indoor clubs on each side of the field. Behind my section (236) and the one next to us (237) the club now rests on the last row of seats and our access to the ramp is gone (there used to be a huge open area behind both sections). Not happy.

Great job today for those of you who went. Get everyone to be this loud every game. Even for the bills! :rocker:

Sitting in Section 102, I thought it was loud in the first quarter. I thought at the start of the third, the crowd was a little sedate, but picked it back up about halfway thru the third when defensive stops were needed.

Overall, better than I've seen Gillette in a while. Still no comparison to the old dump, where teams had to call time out to change plays because of the nooise. I'd like to see that again.
