Despite popular opinion, Bill will trade up when he wants too, he's done it in the past.
I think it's Quinn. Lets all hope it is.
But, as someone on this board noted, the most he's ever given up in a move up is a mid-third.
Trading up using some combination of 17, 28, 60, or God forbid 33 would be unheard of for BB.
And there used to be a saying that Belichick won't draft underclassmen high until he did. Or he wouldn't draft an o-lineman in the first round. Or that he wouldn't take a LB in the first round.
One thing about Belichick is that he is unpredictable. If he sees a player he likes, he will go against his past trends.
and exactly how many rumors during BB's last 11 years with the Patriots turned out to be true? If there's a reliable source (which would almost certainly have to be on the other end of the trade, not on the Patriots end), please let us know who it is.
