Would you trade Moss for Brandon Marshall straight up?

Moss isn't in Marshall's league right now as a receiver.

If we traded Moss for a pick, we'd probably be looking at a fourth rounder or less. The Broncos will get a low first or high second for Marshall.

4th rounder?? Why are you depreciating him so much?

With his age and contract situation the Pats would not net a 1st, but I don't think a 2nd is unrealistic.

Mcdaniels would love it. Marshall always maintained he does not like the system the whole sight adjustment offence that the pats/denver run now so mc`d gets some one who actually plays this.Moss is also smarter and we know how dumb WR struggle in our system.

Marshell will love the part of being the highest paid WR in the league. He hated the offence ,but i think for a yr or 2 the money will be too sweet for him to make too much headache.

ESPN would love the drama this guy will create in the locker room and pratice field.

weather this trade should be done is one thing...

character issues aside, to claim that randy is a better wr RIGHT NOW than Marshall is ludicrus

Even though he had better numbers last year, while playing hurt...yeah, Marshall is better

I agree

I mean Moss only led the league in TDs and was pretty high in several other significant categories

Not to mention Brady misses plenty of throws and he played injured for a good chunk of the season

are u sure u want to do that?

take two years ago, with cutler as his QB, and a horrible team, with only one weapon....and Brandon puts up similar number as Moss did this past year w/ a division champ

Yes I would, but Id rather have Vincent Jackson or is he too much of a "thug" with his DUI?

definitely, but marshall is more of a thug than moss, so thats the only downfall, get him to church or morals class and we'd have a star number one receiver who is better than randy moss..although id miss moss's thug/hick accent

Absolutely.

Marshall is one of the most talented receivers in the league right now. I can only imagine what he would be able to do with Brady throwing him the ball.

I would be worried what he would do to our already weak locker room though...

Sounds more like a drunk than a thug, I think Marshall is better, but seeing that either one could be suspended at any moment, I don't know.

Healthy Randy Moss at 33 >>>>>>>>>>>>>>> every other WR in the league

Exactly. Easily better then Marshall.

Moss is better then any WR in the league other then Andre Johnson at this point. Moss is also much better then AJ at getting into the endzone, so even that is debatable. If Moss is healthy, I fully expect him to put up 1300 yards and 15 TDs next season.

I disagree. I think at this point, Andre Johnson, Calvin Johnson, Larry Fitzgerald, and Brandon Marshall are all better than Moss. Some of these guys won't put up the numbers that Moss does on their respective teams, but they are all better than Moss at this point in his career. You put any of those guys on the Pats with Brady and they'd produce the same if not more than Moss.

I disagree.

Moss is still better than Marshall or Megatron.

He would have broken those numbers if Brady could have put the ball in his hands more often

A healthy Brady to Moss combo all season and we wouldn't even be having this debate

If those two are healthy next year AND we add another decent WR so defenses can't focus solely on Moss and Welker I fully expect Moss to have one of his best seasons

None of us are privvy to how moss has slowed down, but his talents are far more than his speed. He has the best hands of any reciever and he probably has the most vertical threat in the league still.

Honestly, if he preforms decently this year, Id like him to stay with Brady. They have a good rapport.
