I'll preface by saying I don't know where the "targeted" number comes from, if it includes throw-aways, etc. But here's what the Herald listed for the three top receivers on each team:

http://www.bostonherald.com/sports/football/patriots/view.bg?articleid=1041828#articleFull

Randy Moss: 47 of 65 (72.3%)
Wes Welker: 56 of 72 (77.8%)
Donte Stallworth: 26 of 38 (68.4%)

Reggie Wayne: 44 of 65 (67.7%)
Marvin Harrison: 20 of 32 (62.5%)
Dallas Clark: 32 of 52 (61.5%)

The numbers are slightly different on footballoutsiders.com, but order is about the same, save for Clark vs. Harrison:

Randy Moss: 73%
Wes Welker: 76%
Donte Stallworth: 71%

Reggie Wayne: 69%
Marvin Harrison: 63%
Dallas Clark: 65%

Watson when healthy has also cought just about anything thrown his way this season, which is an upgrade from his drops of the past.

Watson's a bad, bad man.

FO.com lists Watson as 90%.

LOL! I pretty much knew this without looking it up, as I can only remember him dropping one or two passes so far.

I did just go to that website after your mentioning Watson's 90%, and his 96.0% DVOA was also quite impressive.

I still think some Pats fans haven't fully realized how good Watson has been this season.
