Even if he were so inclined, he makes such a fuss about his private schedule, and he's such a visible celebrity, that it would be hard for him to get the privacy.

This trip was roughly a week or two after last summer's ring ceremony. That might explain why Brady had his rings with him. I know that doesn't exactly explain why the rings were on a jet to Vegas, but it could explain why they weren't, like, where he normally keeps them.
