THey easily could have traded a third and Monty Beisel...and this would trump Philadelphia's package.
Ultimately they decided in the end that Deion is a better fit and they fully expect that DB will be back in the fold by the weekend

Question is...would Donte Stallworth have been a better option than waiting on DB?

Donte is younger bigger faster, stronger and more productive in terms of TD's

How would that offer trump Philly's? Beisel is half the linebacker that Simoneau is and that might be being generous.

I guess you guys do not play the Saints.

Stallworth is a dull bulb next to the Deion light.

Well the Saints hated him, they even made him a backup to Devery Henderson to start training camp. Size and speed aren't everything or Bethel would have been a star.

Payton put him in the dog house.hes still better than Caldwell in my opinion and the rest behind him

Under Jimmy Johnson's value scale, a 3rd rounder and Monty Beisel is equivalent to a 5th round pick.

LMAO haha

The Patriots didn't trade for Stallworth because he sucks. Thats the best way I can put it.
